My Thoughts

     I wish I have found these earlier! When my daughter was born, she had so much trouble sleeping at night in her first months. We tried using swaddling blankets back then, but the ones we got were too small, and she was somehow always able to wiggle out. And then the crying would start all over again.

     The Zig Zag Kid Muslin Swaddles are really big and comfy (47" x 47")! You could easily swaddle your baby in them and they'd be sleeping soundly all night long. They're incredibly soft and thin, but durable. When it's hot, you can use a single layer to ensure your baby won't get overheated and sweaty. On a colder night, you can easily layer up. The muslin swaddle is very light, so even if you do an extra layer or two, your baby will stay comfortable.

 

     My daughter is 18 months old now, so she's too big to be swaddled at this point, but we still love using swaddle blankets as an alternative to a blankie, because they're much lighter and softer. They come in super handy on hot summer nights, too.

     In my opinion, every mom should have a set of swaddles like these at home. You can use them for more than just swaddling your baby. They're great for a on-the-go light cover (you can keep one in the car and another one in the stroller bag). The colors are so beautiful, vivid and happy, your baby will love them. This particular color set is great for both girls and boys, with is always nice when you're looking for a baby shower gift!

    Quality wise, they're superb. 100% cotton and really pleasant to the touch. The material is breathable and durable. I'd definitely recommend these.
