One ring plus one wild night equals one crazy love
Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she’s all about what’s happened in Vegas staying there.
Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity…though there’s something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories…and rings on their fingers.
Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn’t the hardest part—it’s reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can’t last. Tyler’s first love will always be music—and the road is no place for a sweet downhome girl.

"If the words, 'Come here often,' leave your mouth, I swear I'll laugh you straight back to roadie-ville."
"I don't have cooties or anything, I swear," she said, all serious-like. "And despite the tidiness of my humble abode, I'll even go far as to say that I've yet to break things upon contact."
Pleasure filled her eyes as she followed his every step, so he also did a Michael Jackson moonwalk, complete with a crotch grab. That sent her into hysterics. And made him feel like a damn king.
"I may not know how to sew worth a damn, but I can give you one heck of a manicure."
"Equally important life skills," he replied with a grin, glad to see her anxiety gone.
That smile slid across his face. Not the one she saw online or earlier when he mugged for the cameras. The one she was starting to call hers. Lighthearted, flirtatious, almost boyish. It reached his eyes and made the corners crinkle. Earning that smile made her feel invincible.
What does one say to a possible rival, anyway? Hey, girl, stay away from my man?
Rachel Harris is one of my very favorite adult authors. She writes the sweetest stories that make me laugh and swoon and feel all the good feelings I'm looking for in a romance. Accidentally Married on Purpose was no exception here. This story made me laugh bunches and I totally fell for Tyler Blue. This book was an all-around good time for me.
I was excited to read Sherry's story. We've seen her in the other two books in this series, and it's about time she got her fairy tale she's been wanting. She such a bright character, I cannot imagine NOT liking her. Kind and caring, Sherry was the kind of person I'd be dying to make friends with in real life. (But she'd probably be too cool for me, so I'd be my loner self and just watch from afar as she did nice things.)
Tyler Blue...he was such a fantastic love interest. He was a gentleman, and even though I am NOT a fan of country music, I kind of feel more lenient toward it now. Just a little, though. ;) His obsession with post-it notes was adorable, as were the things he WROTE on them. That is one of my favorite things a love interest has done for a girl in a book. It made my heart feel so happy. HE made my heart feel so happy.
The storyline was one that I love, which is a pretending relationship. Also, a marriage that just HAPPENED, and now they have to deal. I just tend to find those things so amusing in books. I enjoyed watching the characters' relationship evolve from something that they treated as simply a deal and something they count as a mistake into something that they are invested in. Something lasting. Something so gosh darn sweet, I get all swoony.
Yeah, I did a bunch of swooning in this book. Tyler and Sherry had so many sweet moments. I mean, they dance in the freaking rain, y'all. Danced. In the. RAIN. And he wrote a song about it. And so much more happened, but I want to leave you to go in and feel the tingly romance feels all for yourself, so I won't list anymore. Just know that the romance in this book exceeded a job well done. So much sweetness.
Overall, I loved Accidentally Married on Purpose. I completely fell for Tyler Blue and his charming country boy ways, and I ended up so invested in his and Sherry's story. I'm pretty sure this is my favorite book in Rachel Harris' Love and Games series (though it's hard to choose, because I love me some Cane), and I am most definitely looking forward to more from Rachel Harris! Fairly certain I'll ALWAYS be excited for a new Rachel Harris book. She's just one of those authors that I heart, you know? If you love sweet romance that'll make you laugh and swoon, you should definitely check her books out!
