In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Story Siren
The purpose of it is to post about the books we received during the past week (ARC, electronic galleys, books won in giveaways, bought or borrowed from the library - you can list anything you want!)
So, here I am, back in Vancouver!!! It's great to be back!!! As I expected, there were quite a few packages waiting for me when I got back *squeee* Unfortunately there were also a couple of books that didn't quite make it to my doorstep - two books have been returned to the sender, because I wasn't here to sign for them. The worst part is : I don't even know what I missed out on. All I know is that one package was from Macmillan (was I expecting a package from Macmillan? Not that I can recall.. ) and surprise package from (I believe) Scholastic Canada (was I expecting a package from Scholastic Canada? No, but Nikole from Scholastic Canada is always so awesome and generous to send me fabulous books!!! <3). So yes, that makes me extremely sad... :(
And there was also a signed copy of The Goddess Test that I won over at Kathy's blog, and which didn't get here either. This one, however, was not returned, it was simply lost. And yes, that makes me extremely ANGRY. A SIGNED copy of THE GODDESS TEST... (!!!). That's the kind of thing that makes me want to suck on my thumb and cry all day T___T
But, anyhoo.. let's look on the bright side..
Here's what I got over the couple of weeks/months and haven't been able to share with you yet :)
